What Causes Pain In Lower Right Quadrant Of The Body?

yes, I have a knife like pain in the lower right quandrant of my body; I do not have a fever, nor do I have doublling over. The pain is either in the area, of the ovaries, or the appendix - I have been tired lately. The pain is not consistent, but inconsistent. The pain has hit me about 7 times tonight. I do not have stomach pains. I do not take drugs except regular meds like thyroid, crestar, lexapro, and vitamens. I drink a lot of water. I have had a little constipation lately.
