What Causes Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

I'm a 27 year old woman.

I have had two UTI's in the past 7 months, treated succesfully with different antibiotics. The last one ended in December and I was quite fine for a while.

However, 3 weeks ago I have been experiencing mixed symptoms that make me believe I am not dealing with a UTI but with something different. I have no burning or painful feeling when peeing. I pee about 5 times a day (which is very unsual, I usually pee 2 times a day) and I'm confused when I have the need to pee or not, like the "sign for peeing" is not obvious so I just assume I have to go, and experience some lowe abdominal pain, particularly on the right side. It takes me about 5 minutes before I can pee which is really uncomfortable. I have no quick access to an specialist in the country I am, and I am really worry it is seriously affecting my bladder. I will appreciate your response to my inquiry.
