What Causes Pain Under The Ribcage Radiating Towards The Waist?

Hello, I have been having pain under my breast bone all the way to my waist, it feels like something is out of place, it s really worst when I try to put on socks, or any kind of stretching! The pain is so painful, sometimes it takes my breath away???
