What Causes Pain,muscle Spasms And Numbness In Legs?

Out of nowhere, 3 weeks ago I started to get pain in my knees, which then progressed to my ankles, moving to my upper body, with more muscle spasms, numbness and tingling. I ve checked my sensory mobility and can jump, run, and move with no problem. The issues come and go; some days I m good and some days not so much.
