What Causes Rashes On Forehead ,stomach & Back In Children?

My 1 yr old daughter has a mild rash on her nose and forehead, also now in her tummy and back, it is non-itchy, her gums have been itchy and she has a lil fever, I'm not sure if the rash it's from the teething or something else, specially since it isn't itchy
