What Causes Red Blotches On The Inside Legs, Buttocks And Lower Back?

hello, I have red blotches on the inside of both legs starting at the ankle up to my knees, on both buttocks, low back, started about a week ago and has worsened. Moving to mid-chest and onto both shoulders. I also have extreme soreness in my right ear, feels like it is knife in the back of the throat on right side.
