What Causes Red Blotchy Patches On Neck,arms And Legs?

Hello, I have been realizing changes in my body. Everytime i get angry, sad, or think about anything that brings back bad memories, my neck and arms and legs fluster with red blotchy patches everywhere. Whenever i do pageants, I have to cover myself in makeup just to hide the redness. HELP!
