What Causes Redness On Nose, Neck And Chest While Having Stent In Heart?

As of this past Tuesday, I have had redness on my nose, and as of today on my neck, ears and upper chest, There is no pain, itching, welting or presence of any kind of cold or respiratory illness. I am a 55 year old white female and am overweight, but losing weight. I had a stent placement procedure on November 18 in my heart due to an 80% blockage in my LAD which was completely successful. I was released after 4 days but returned to the hospital 2 days later due to a 12 hour long instance of severe tachycardia and angina. My meds were re-evaluated and was released after 2 days. 2 weeks later I suffered massive hemorrhaging from my sinus cavity and lost approximately 40% of my total blood volume. I was in the hospital for an additional 5 days. I don't know if it is important or related but I have to have a PIC line now when I have to have an IV for any reason. I had very recent blood work and my white blood count was slightly high at 10.2 and my hemoglobin was slightly low at 11.6. I am sure this is due to the hemorrhaging. I am only concerned because it came on quite suddenly for no apparent reason. I had a chest xray and I believe it was negative. Another major factor is that since my first hospitalization, my short term memory is practically non-existent.
