What Causes Roving Pain In Joints Along With Pressure Below The Xiphoid Process?

i m 64 female -- in last six months, started experiencing strange symptoms that doctor didn t seem to be concerned with: roving joing pain (moving to differnt areas with days/weeks), sweating, tightness or pressure just below xiphoid process, feeling of pressured breathing when walking, constant and increasing fatigue, constant neck, jaw, shoulder pain, strange knee pain only at night in bed, difficult sleep and tired upon waking, headaches lasting days, light sensitivity and feeling of impending doom. this morning i m having more than usual pain, urgent need to urinate and more than usual fatigue -- although i m concerned, keep hearing last doctor suggesting it s menopause or all in my head ... really don t want to go back to face that again from dr....is this all in my head?
