What Causes Severe Leg Pain In A Patient With Typhoid?

I have been experiencing some pressure in my ears for the last few weeks. I have been assuming that it has to do with allergies. Whenever I close my nose and try to breath out to get rid of the pressure, there is a span of a few seconds where I find it difficult to swallow. On some occasions I find that I can t swallow until a few seconds have passed. Whenever this happens it makes me almost have a panic attack. General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It needs to be evaluated locally first by gastroenterologist for causes of dysphagia or odynophagia and may need barium swallow test to rule out any obstructive cause. Upper GI ENDOSCOPY may also be needed as difficulty swallowing is like a red flag symptom so must be ruled out. Other than that, local sinuses congestion etc., may also needs to be ruled out and otolaryngologist review may be needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
