What Causes Severe Pain In Buttocks And Breathing Difficulty After Falling?

I recently fell, on my bottom of all places, but strangely, when I stood up, i had a lot of pain and trouble breathing on my left oblique. 5 days later, still a lot of pain, lying down and with hiccups.went to urgent care, they gave me muscle relaxers, no pain relief , what the heck happened.
