What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen On Applying Pressure In Scrotum?

Yes, i exerpeinced a strain like feeling in my scrotum during intercourse about 10 years ago. I have no pain (everyday activities), ache, or redness. I also have no lumps on my testicle's. If i squeeze whit a bit of force, it feels like ive been kicked (sharp pain in stomach). I also notice my scrotum will extend when warm, but my testicle's will remain higher. I have no pain during urination or ejaculation. I was born with an umbilical hernia, and my father is full of hernia's. I have an app with my gp next week.
