I had a sudden dizzy spell with almost falling over, couldn't walk straight and nausea and perspiring, weak in the knees, hazy eyesight. sat down and made myself eat a banana, but still nauseous, and drank water. both hands tingled, then got cold. after about 20 minutes most symptoms were gone except nausea when moving too fast, weakness, what caused this sudden episode?
