What Causes Swirling Blurry Spot Of Vision And Headache?

For the second time in a month, in the right corner of my vision I see a small swirling blurry spot. It grows bigger. The peripheral vision on my right is gone. Also, I m completely missing spots in my vision. Trying to look at someone s face, and I can t see their eye. Not a blur. Just completely missing. I can t see it. While this is happening, I feel confused, dizzy, and unable to focus. It leaves after about 25 minutes. But I m still confused, and get a strange headache. What is this? Should I see an eye doctor or an orthopedic doctor? (I have an old neck injury that still bothers me).
