What Causes Tenderness Along With Itching In Clitoris?

I have a very sensitive, sore, kind of itchy, clitoris. I recognized that I had a yeast infection about a month ago, so I bought meds for it and completed the meds. Now, I just have that irratation to my clitoris. I have not had sexual intercourse in which my clitoris area would be irratated for any reason.
