What Causes The Constant Urge To Urinate Along With Chills On Arms?

Hello Doctor, I am 23 this year, and all of a sudden one morning when i woke up, i went to pee as usual. then when i came back to sleep, i couldnt because i felt the constant urge to pee. but of course when i do visit the toilet, its just a few more droplets. I get the constant chills on my arms too, and more intense when i actually go pee. what is happening to me?
