What Causes The Spreading Of Rash On Arms, Legs And Torso?

I have a rash that has spread over my body, arms, legs, back, and torso. I have run a fever and had cough and congestion. I have been treated with injections of steroids, penicillin, and other antibiotics, along with Advil. However, the rash still continues to spread since Monday the 19 of January.
