Hi, when I was in a sauna, I felt my arms get severe pins and needles in them, but I thought this was normal so I stayed in a bit longer. It reached the point where it got so bad I had to leave the sauna. When I leave the sauna room and hit the normal air, my hands and lower arm began to seize up, almost like a crab sort of. My hand were completely contacted in and I could not feel anything! People had to put my arms and hands under cold water and they slowly returned to normal. But there was still pain in one of my hands after the experience. Do I have anything wrong with me? Everyone else seems to be fine in the sauna.
