What Causes Uncomfortable Pain In Upper Stomach, Tingling Feeling In Left Hand?

Hi, here are a few symptoms that I am experiencing: uncomfortable pain in the upper stomach area, tingling in the left hand, some pain radiating down left arm, nerve pain in the left thumb upon use, chronic fatigue.
