What Causes Vomiting Up Of Black Liquid Along With Heaviness In Chest?

I started taking cipro 500 mg 2x day yesterday. Have been throwing up black liquid, a redness, burning on chest when vomiting, goes awY, now i have a heaviness in chest and it gets stronger every so often for couple seconds and leaves me with heaviness in chest. I have UTI with e coli, whicj is why i am taking cipro.
Is tbis normal?
