What Could Nausea, Vomiting And Gurgling Sound From Stomach Indicate?

Hi, I m having symptoms of nausea, had episodes of vomiting. No Abdominal pain, belching, no flatulence. Worst at meal times and After eating. I m a coffee drinker, eat on time, drinks occasionally no more than a glass, no smoking, not taking any prescription or pain meds. I can hear my stomach making noise also. What gives?
