I have cardiac symptoms,weakness, can't catch my breath just going up a flight of stairs. I get especially heavy legs and body, for about a year now. History of chronic pain/ nerve pain especially & migraines. A recent echo cardiogram in July showed slightly dialated left ventricle. History of unknown rapid heart rate as well, they thought svt at one time but unknown cause or type or confirm that.
