What Could This Be? Moderate Elevations Of LFT, HsCRP, Hematuria

What could this be? Moderate elevations of LFT, hsCRP, hematuria and microalb. No CBC abnormalities or significant variances from 3month repeat bloodwork. GFR dropped over 3 m repeat bloodwork, but still low normal. Constant hot flush, then tingling skin and chills - this cycles all day. No fevers. Lower back flank ache/discomfort, bloating and upper right quadrant throbbing. BP high normal. US shows a small mass in right kidney (non shadowing but differential includes possibility of stone, angiomyolipoma, renal sinus fat or renal mass) and hyperechoic liver (diff of hepatocellular disease), gall bladder & pancreas normal. CT scheduled.
