What Does C-RP Level Of 14 Indicate?

Thank you... I have had a C-RP level of 24 as a result of inflammation and suspected bleeding stomach ulcer.. after one week it is now at 14 after medication (Omeprazole) which is a good thing but is this a concern? I have been advised to have a gastroscopy. Female 52yrs old. History of cardio-vascular disease both parents and dad had stomach ulcers.
