What Does Pain After Carpal Tunnel Release Surgery Suggest?

I had carpal tunnel relase 15days ago ,my question still I have pain special when used my hand ,and the pain before the operation it was in all my hand index,thumb ,elbow and shoulder special in the scapula, and now the pain retuned back like befor operation
I want to know if the operation it is succes or fail
