What Does The MRI Report Indicate?

Hi, for the past 11 years I have been suffering with unable to get up in the morning. I have to lay down with 9 pillows in a slanted way. I constantly feel a pulling sensation in the back of the head and always extremely tired and feel lighted headed all the time. Can t lay completely flat or I will get up and feel sick and can t walk. If I close my eyes, I feel a pulling sensation at the back of my head and feel like I can fall backwards. My MRI showed that I had abnormal brain signals and my doctor just said that I was 50 and white matter on the brain was normal and didn t know why the radiologist made a big deal on my report. I also have a goiter and 6 nodules in my neck which a few years ago I was told okay but the goiter was .5 millitere off of a biopsy and also now I have a lump under my left arm near the back chest wall. I have been struggling for years and no one takes me seriously. I often feel like I am going to collapse and do whatever I can not to. I also have 3 kidneys, two are small on one side and the other is small on the other side but have to drink more water than regular to keep them clear, so far okay, at least I think. My tsh test number seems never to be of concern to any of my doctors. I am struggling with my health and can t afford to lose my job and struggling to live with this problem. I appreciate any help
