What Does The Large Lump Under The Chin Indicate?

I have a very large swelling on the left side of my cheek going under my chin, I have no toothache or any signs of absesses or mouth trauma, its been steadily getting bigger for the past two days, it hurts a large amount when I touch the cheek or chin also I have no feeling in my bottom lip, I am unable to eat at all and barely able to drink as its very swollen and tend to dribble more than I can drink.i am taking solpadol and ibuprofen regularly and have tried anti histamines that haven t made any difference,the swelling is just getting bigger and bigger
