Should I be concerned with my recent ECG results in light of the following: I am a 29 F, 5 6 with a weight of 114 lbs. I have a positive history of Multiple Sclerosis AND a Descending Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm. I just had a ECG during follow-up with my Cardio and the results on the ECG report say Sinus arrhythmia. Possible anterior infarct-age undetermined. Abnormal ECG. Other information on the report includes: Vent. Rate: 80 bpm RR Interval: 744 ms PR Interval: 156 ms QRS Duration: 74 ms QT Interval: 372 ms QTc Interval: 407 ms QT Dispersion: 80 ms P Axis: 71 deg QRS Axis: 79 deg T Axis: 63 deg During my recent visit, my Cardio did not mention any Abnormal finding--he just referred me for a CT Angiogram to monitor growth of the aneurysm (which had measure 3.5 x 3.4 back in 2011--have not had it checked since then but scheduled for the CT this week). Have been having increasing intermittent pain/discomfort in my lower chest/upper abdomen- just between breasts, as well as nagging pain in my back between shoulder blades and and sometimes to lower back. Have also been feeling a lot of pressure and fullness in my abdomen, shortness of breath, and feelings of fullness. I can also see a pulse approx 3 inches above my belly button, just to the left. Should I be concerned
