What Does This EKG Report Mean?

Hi, I m a healthy 30 year old male. I experienced some mild chest pains, didn t know if it was my ribs, lungs or heart and went to the doctors office. The EKG exam reads: normal sinus rhythm, normal axis, possible anteroseptal MI borderline abnormal ECG. What does this mean?
