What Does This Result From MRI Of Brain Indicate?

I recently has a very tiny tiny CVA, cerebral peduncle midbrain. so small MRI neg but neurologist saw on the films. My hyper coag lab screen all WNL except am heterozygous for Factor V Leiden mutation, No other risk factors. Since seeing my PCP, and neurologist, and hematologist, I have obtained copies of my hospital records and found this result. All 3 MD said the coag labs OK ? Should I contact them to make sure they saw this result ? Am only on ASA 81 mg QD.
