What Does This Stool RME Test Result Of An Infant Indicate?

Hello,My baby is 2.5 month old and she is passing stool with blood (or reddish stool) for 9 days. She is completely breast feeded. Stool RME test shows RBC 50, pus cell 21-50, macrophage 1-5. Initially pedi gave her alexid syrup half tea sponn in every 6 hours. Since in 6 days no chane we change our Pedi and the new Pedi has given her ceftron 500 mg injection in each day. 3 doses already given still no change. we are going to have culture test result today. I am very much worried, what should I do, I am confused? Please suggest any recommendation.
