What Does This Ultrasound Report Specify For A Pregnant Woman?

Hi, I got my scan results of my 11+6 weeks of pregnancy and I am extremely worried. I am 33 and this is my second pregnancy. My Age risk is 1:369, Biochemical T21 risk 1:303, Combined trisomy 21 risk 1:761, Trisomy 13/18 + NT 1:10 000, What worries me is the higher than normal fb-hCG = 151 ng/ml = 3.70. My PAPP-A is 5.06 mlU/ml. NT = 1.6. Could you please tell me what this means for my baby and should I do amnio in order to be sure that there are no problems. Thank you in advance.
