What Does This Urine Analysis Result Indicate?

Hi, my urinalysis shows as follows:squamous epithelial cells: 6-10 high,wbc: 10-20 high,bacteria moderate: (26-50) high,carbon dioxide: 18 low.what that means? I also been having pain for months now on my right bottom side where the leg starts, it is so bad that I can hold the weight of my arm on it. also I have pain on my back on the right side.
