What Does This X-ray Report Mean?

hi good day,i had an xray result and it says i have a hazy nodular densities are noted in the upperlobe and right lung,more with mid lung.what does it mean im very worried because this is my pre employment,i am not fit to work anymore or you advice me to have a second opinion to have an x ray again?
