I have a chronic cough. I have for years. I'll be 30 this year. I'm 6'1" and 220 lbs. Otherwise good health for the most part. I've lived in Arizona all my life in a dry climate. I think that must have something to do with this. My cough gets especially bad in the winter here. I feel like my allergies affect the cough, and the allergies are inflamed by the cold, dry air. Is that a possibility? I also have kind of a constant sinus infection that could affect it or even be causing the cough. Antibiotics haven't done much for it. I usually get sick around this time of year. I was sick with what my doctor called sinusitis recently. Started feeling better about a week ago, but I still cough ALL the time. It's often a wheezing, struggling, dry cough right now. Even laughing inflames it. Normally I cough a little less, but I still always have a little cough. I cough when I eat too much and feel full, I cough when I lean against my back on the couch, I cough when I exert too much energy, I cough if I'm nervous or upset. As I type this I'm taking Albuterol through a nebulizer. Any thoughts or suggestions?
