What Is The Diagnosis Based On This Ultrasound Report?

I have just been to a hospital in venezuela and am confused as to what exactly my diagnosis is. I believe it is a sever infection to the kidneys and bladder. The ultrasound report when translated says this:
Sufficient peripheral parenchyma, hypoechoic with loss of cortico medullary hypervascularization relationship in the Doppler color. There is evidence of increased perirenal fat until 15.4mm.
What does all that mean?
That is for the kidneys
For the bladder the report reads
relaxed, thin walled, with some pathological images inside, hyperechoic, mobile, acoustic shadow decanted without resting
and final conclusion is
bilateral acute pyelonephritis
sediment discrete bladder
