What Is The Treatment For Blisters And Peeling Of Skin?

About a month ago a small Spot on the tip of my finger started peeling and felt a little weird. Kind of like when you get superglue on your finger. I knew I hadn t gotten into superglue so I just wrote it off. It started peeling and I assumed it was because of the cold, dry weather that it kept peeling down my finger. Then about a week ago the little blister like things appeared. This kind of worried me. Over the past few days I have watched as more little bumps appear farther down and around my finger. These blisters don t seem to have fluid in them. My peeling went all the way down to o e of the bumps and it came off. It seemed to just be hardened skin with a slightly different colored center. They don t seem to itch but the newer ones are tender to the touch. I am 22 years old and have no history of anything like this.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a fungal infection.
I suggest using an anti fungal cream for local application such as Clotrimazole cream.
I also suggest using an anti fungal oral treatment such as Fluconazole 150 mg daily.
I suggest to avoid sweating and maintain a good hygiene.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
