Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Recurrent vesicular lesions on the legs are likely to be related to an immune related disorder like pemphigus. A direct examination by a dermatologist and skin biopsy is needed to confirm the diagnosis. The treatment will then depend on the cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.

1. any repeated friction due to rubbing of shoes or clothes?
2. is water retention one of the cause of developing these watery blisters like (taking excees salt, hormonal changes, PMS, or side effects of medication (if taking any)?
3. although seems to be an Autoimmune condition, but rather than Pemphigus which is mostly seen in mouth, Pemphigoid seems to be appropriate clinically, unless proved otherwise by attending Dermatologist.
4. blister biopsy should be done and check ongoing protein loss, electrolyte imbalance, fluid loss and treat accordingly till reports come.
5. Virechana (Purgation) is the best treatment for skin disease, you should take up the treatment.
Well, i thank Dr. Tayal for to advise you in a better way and confirming diagnosis for your skin ailment you can also try Homeopathy which works wonderfully in immune related disorders and that too less cost effective and wish you good luck for to enjoy life free from any stressed tension......
