What Is The Treatment For Pain In The Temple , Headache And Neck Pain?

Hello...I have been experiencing what feels like a low grade infection for two months now. I feel tired all day, with pressure in the back of my head and temple region, headaches, stiff, painful neck and what feels like inflammation in my right eye (though my eye looks normal from the outside, just slightly smaller than my left eye when I open them wide) and a weak "pins and needles" type feeling in my right arm. I have seen my doctor who ran blood tests and everything came back normal. I was then forwarded to a neurologist who ordered an MRI which returned normal. I have had a problem tooth on my right upper side that resulted in a crown then root canal. An infection was suspected and I was put on antibiotics but my symptoms still persist and I am at such a loss as to what is going on. I would greatly appreciate any thoughts or feeback. Thank you!
