hi , I had injury 9 months ago in hockey and fall on my right shoulder. Did sessions of osteopathy and it helped alot with my shoulder range of motions greatly .But still when my arm is in the biceps curl position (flex in 90) and then i wanna move it across my body with a 90 degree flexion , my shoulder kicks, or pops and i have to lift my arm by help of my other hand and move it up and across my body in a bended position. I also have sceloliosis since 11 years old and operated it.I have no problem of raise my arm o sides, above head ,back of my head , etc, all those moves are normal , no pain . I don t think its muscle.Its my shoulder. Please help me what exercise i need ?
