With An Acoustic Neuroma That Is Treated Only With Radiation,

With an acoustic neuroma that is treated only with radiation, and is already causing pressure on the brain, if the radiation doesn't shrink the neuroma, it will continue to cause the same amount of pressure in the future, right? Also, will it cause it any more problems down the road?
