Woke Up This Morning, Started Moving Around, Suddenly Felt Like

Woke up this morning, started moving around, suddenly felt like I was going to faint. Clammy skin, rapid breathing, nausea, lost all color in my face and head was kind of buzzing. After about 10 minutes started to feel normal again. Had some of the same episodes when I was a teenager but was never brought in to be diagnosed. Should I be concerned with what happened this morning?
