Yes My Mother Is 63 And Recently Suffered A Fall,she

Yes my mother is 63 and recently suffered a fall,she landed on her back and hit her head pretty hard.She doesnt remember falling down.Her x rays came out clear no broken bones but in turn found a 5 inch mass on her chest.Since the fall she has had trouble breathing,confusion,loss of handwriting, and low mobility of speach.This sounds to me as if my mom may have suffered a stroke,could this be a possibility ?
