Yesterday, I Didn't Feel So Good (sore Throat, Migraine, Stomach

Yesterday, I didn't feel so good (sore throat, migraine, stomach ache), but I had to stay at school because I started exams today. When I came home, I vomited 10 times in 6 hours and I still feel a little sick today, but I haven't thrown up. I didn't take my 2 exams today (got exempted, thank god). Yesterday, I didn't have a fever, but I now have a temp. of 99.1 degrees. My final question is, should I go to school tomorrow if I feel even the slightest bit better?
