Young Female HD Pt W Hypercalcemia Trend - Current Corr

Young female HD pt w hypercalcemia trend - current Corr Ca 13.4, highest in months. No oral or IV Vit D, dietary Ca sources limited incl use of non Ca based binders. Pt has very low BW/BMI (34 kg/15.78 kg/m2) s/p colonostomy resected a few months ago. Cause for continued high Ca results unknown. PTH oversuppressed, P04 wnl. Albumin 2.7, 2.8 June/July up to 3.3 Aug. Looking for cause for high Ca? Will recommend MD use lower Ca bath, other suggestions? Thanks.
