A Blood Clot In Popateal Artery Cut Off The Blood

a blood clot in popateal artery cut off the blood to my foot, in 2003. there was some delay in getting the graft surgery done and much tingling started in the toes & outside edge of the foot after other clot blockages which followed followed. following clot surgery the tingling stopped for a few years, but now it is back. Though not as extreme as earlier, it now wakes me up at night. I get up, walk, and excercise the toes/foot and it usually goes away. prone is bad time for this. what to do???
