A Stray Kitten (young, Maybe A Few Months Old) Bit

a stray kitten (young, maybe a few months old) bit me yesterday, and today there is numbness and tingling near the bite. Should I go get a rabies shot? The kitten is small, looks pretty clean, has no abrasions on it, so I highly doubt it has rabies, but I've never had numbness and tingling from a cat bite before.
