about two months ago at the end of a heavy back and bi workout, i did sprints back to my room, at the final stretch of the sprint i kicked up the speed as much as i could to finish strong and as i did that i had a feeling in the left side of my groin down into my upper thigh. It didnt hurt, but i knew it wasnt a normal feeling. Maybe like an over use or over extension, or exertion, didnt think anything of it. But in the first month of the two months i took completely off of workouts and just walked to work. Then the next week after that did body weight workouts kind of like physical therapy type stuff. The week after that wss light weighted exercises, the next was a tiny bit more weight , so on and now im up to 50% or so to keep it safe. But i just did a run at about 70% and i still have the feeling above my penis. Not a pain, but like i said, i know its not right. I mentioned how this happened to a nurse and they said it was possibly muscular, maybe a start of a hernia. There isnt any bulging or tenderness to the touch, so i was thinking maybe ligament, or tendon. Thank you for your time
