Doctor Goodmornning . Im Here In Philippines. My Father Suffer

doctor goodmornning . im here in philippines. my father suffer stroke last 2014, he is not fully good right now, because of his body balance and i know this is a part of stroke. he always said that his body is so hard to move. i always massage my father and therapy, but his balance is not good, he cannot stand on own, im always by his side. pls help me what medication to help my father or what food or drugs? or technique?? thankyou for the time GOD BLESS. im a nurse graduate also
