good morning Dr, i just had a MRI W/O contrast on lumbar spine. L1-L4 showed some chronic degenerative discopathy which is mild with the exception of moderate to severe central spinal canal stenosis at L5-S. in additionthere is chronic bilateral severe naural foraminal narrowing, greater on the left than right. annular disc bulge with focal central disc protrusion secondary moderater to severe central spinal canal stenosis. also unremarkable bone marrow appearance of lumbar spine, possible presence of a small tarlov cyst present at level of S2. Now also there is visible muscel deteration in left leg at base of L knee, threw L calf, also there is noticiable loss of feeling in L foot with a noticeable difference in L foot muscel tone. i also have issues with balance and intermeate loss of balance to left side from L hip threw L hip. What are my options, to correct this issue
